We are looking for candidates that have a passion to elevate our youth. We are seeking candidates for an After School Enrichment Program which will be held 5 days a week at Cloonan Middle School, Stamford, CT. Our children are facing problems outside of school that are affecting their school day. We have created a program that helps our youth understand conflict resolution by creating youth-led scenarios, team building sports, and community service. Our youth face daily struggles in school and out, each child is different but may share similar difficulties, youth led scenarios will allow students to work in small groups and work on a project highlighting issues they face and ideas of how they would handle it. Afterwards we would get together in a larger group and have a discussion. The idea is to open our youths' minds to understanding their several different ways to handle an issue and what the outcomes are.
