Young Athletes 4 Change is teaming up with Moms Demand Action to host our 1st Annual Kickball Tournament in Stamford, Connecticut on June 8th at Rogers International School in support of Gun Violence Awareness Month. Come out to support our community in this fun event, while spreading awareness around our joint efforts to restore our communities and combat gun violence.

The event will take place at Rogers International School at 202 Blachley Rd, Stamford, CT from 11-5pm.

Shoot 4 Change: Panel Discussion and Tribute Basketball Tournament

Young Athletes 4 Change, a Connecticut-based non-profit organization, is hosting “Shoot 4 Change” in Stamford, Connecticut to honor and remember local victims of gun violence and spread awareness to restore the community. The event marks the two-year anniversary of CT Native Max Antoine’s passing and will include a panel discussion followed by a tribute basketball tournament with special performances and more.

Hoops in Action: Celebrity Basketball Game & Panel Discussion

Young Athletes 4 Change will have the opportunity to show their skills in the youth organized 1st round Game. High profile celebrity guest athletes and artists will play for change in the 2nd round game. In between the double header experience a special panel discussion about the nexus between sports, activism and community building. This day-long event will also feature multiple guest performances and next level cypher close-out.

Youth in Action Day

We have partnered with D.O.P.E. Inc (Don't Oppress People, Educate) to present a Summer Kick Off Celebration & Call to Action for the Young Athletes and Community Leaders of the Tri-State to raise awareness for the need to come together in an active, socially engaged environment where community members of all ages and all experiences will participate in the culture of youth wellness and empowerment.

3 Tier Basketball Game w/ Warm Up lead by Special Celebrity Guest!

Register your team today! First six teams to hit the minimum fundraising entry fee of $250 will enter to play. The team that raises the most money wins a trip to Barclays Center!
